They had my daughter and I wait in the vehicle until they called us in to set up a checking account for my daughter. She said it would be about 20 mins. We waited for 50 mins in the car and then I went in before they closed and she went and talked to the guy and she had me take seat. The guy called me from his office, 5 ft away from me to tell me that they close is 2 mins and he can't help us today! He didnt even have the common courtesy to get up out of his office to tell me to my face! He didnt even apologize until I said wow I don't even get an apology from you.....

I've had wonderful experience everytime I come I've actually joined this bank because I always have to come deposit money into my husband's account and they are always so polite fast and curtious. Best bank in town.

Well the ATM kept my bank card after it gave me the money I withdrew and my receipt....have to go Monday and try to get my card back (if it's even still there because you know its Rockford). Card is deactivated until further notice. I recommend to not use the ATMs at all.
