Money is all they do care about! I bought a Cartier frame last year from them, now I came back to update my lenses, they told me I either have to buy another pair or they'll charge me $50 to update my frame. When I asked why should I pay for my frame, she replied because Dr makes money out of frames and we Pay our expenses by selling frames!!!! That was the most unprofessional response I've ever received. I'm not concerned about $50, since I paid $700 for the frame! I'm concerned about them just being a scam!!

Thank you, Dr. Emily Schwartz! I was drawn to Advanced Optometry because of the excellent reputation of Dr. Dean Steinberger, which is well-deserved as he provided excellent oversight care. I feel motivated to share my patient story, though, because of my experience with Dr. Emily Schwartz, who managed my LASIK pre- and post-procedural care. Not only is she a knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate physician, Dr. Schwartz is also a kind and considerate person. She eased my pre-surgery nerves by taking time to listen to my concerns, explain the science of eye health and share patient anecdotes. After the procedure, she communicated with the surgeon during follow-up exams in real-time via text and email to ensure even the minor discomfort I had was closely monitored and quickly resolved. Before Lasik, I had worn glasses for 30 years and contacts lenses for more than two decades. That is to say, I've been to countless eye doctors. Moreover, against the backdrop of a global pandemic, seeking healthcare can feel like an arduous even scary process - which is why when I found an excellent doctor like Emily Schwartz, I thought it important to acknowledge her exemplary service and share my experience with others. It's also worth noting that scheduling my surgery and subsequent follow-up visits with Dr. Schwartz was seamless thanks to Office Manager Cori Segel and the team at Advanced Optometry - all who helped make preparing for and recovering from my surgery stress-free.

I have been visiting Advanced Optometry for 6 years and every visit has been wonderful. Dr. Steinberger and other clinicians and staff are welcoming, organized and the clinic is beautiful. I love the feeling that this is a community clinic where everyone knows your name when you come in, but also is modernized and offering state of the art solutions. They also are a family clinic and I feel comfortable bringing all of our family for caring and quality treatment.
