Long wait time even though I had an appointment crowded waiting room with uncomfortable chairs no one checks you in you have to check in to a computer.

Made an appointment.. doctor faxed over authorization and was confirmed they received it… go to appt. (Scheduled time)… wait an HOUR finally call me in.. girl disappears for 15 more minutes ..comes back and says we didn’t get authorization … call doctor yes was faxed and yes confirmed.. Quest lost it. Didn’t get blood draw! Worst experience at a lab ever! NOT going back…..hello UCLA!!

No way to speak to a human over the phone

Quest is an absolutely horriblly run business.I tried to schedule an appointment on the phone and online, and it kept directing me to locations in other states. I went to a physical Quest location, tried to check in or schedule an online appointment, on their kiosk for any day, any time. It wouldn't work. I logged in on the kiosk to get help, waited 15 minutes, & did not see a single employee. I went to another Quest location, same experience. A young lady was in the waiting room with me, and experienced the same trouble. This was her third quest location for the day, yet she also could not schedule an appointment, & there were no human beings to help in the location, even after checking in on the kiosk and waiting for lengthy periods of time. This, all aheter spending an hour on the phone yesterday trying to schedule an appointment or get through to a human being. What a waste of time.
