The club membership lets me get a quick wash in anytime I want. During winter I had salt streaks after washing, but that might be every car wash. At the end a couple employees wipe down your car to spot check the dryness, which also makes it feel more personal to me which is cool.

Horrible customer service! I was noticing Scratches on my black Nissan Pathfinder every time I leave out of the car wash since the day I purchased my vehicle around this time last year. I kept brushing it off as something else but now I’m for sure that they are coming from the car wash because I began checking my car afterwards and there would be a new scratch that appears. I canceled my membership online with no plans on going back but my card was still charged. I went in to talk to the Manager Devin about this and he said that there is nothing he can do because I didn’t cancel 5 days before the billing cycle. I have not used their wash at all during the new billing cycle so you would think it would be no problem for them to return my money. Instead he takes pictures of my car with no intent of doing anything about it and tells me that it wasn’t their car wash because of some type of equipment that they use as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Then he still refuses my refund. I recommend you go else where if your considering signing up for their memberships! I was never even planning to complain about this issue but the manager Devin really upset me today!! I’m not going to use their service anymore so They are just taking my money and it’s not sitting right with me.
