We bought both our washer and dryer from Ritzman. They are Speed Queen products. We had an issue where the dial on our washer broke off (it is now 8 years old). We called and spoken with Bill Sr. The washer is now out of warranty but BIll asked us to bring the part in. We did and it turned out he had the part in the store and provided me the direction to remove the old part and install the new. We are so happy to do business with the small business owner who knows about and supports the products they sell. It is obvious to see why they have been in business for 72 years.
