Our sole experience with John Moran has been through Mollie, the jewelry expert. We needed appraisals for some family jewelry and in this instance our usual go-to (Gem City Jewelers in Monrovia) referred us to John Moran. Mollie is deeply knowledgeable & professional while also being warm & friendly. She was very helpful to my wife and I during our visits regarding family jewelry, and we learned quite a bit from her. Very generous with her time and accommodating of our schedules. On a side note, we arrived early for our first appointment and were welcomed to the gallery to view pieces for an upcoming event. My wife, being an artist, felt like she'd been to a museum. For years we had driven past the building and didn't know what was there. Glad we happened upon it.
