I brought my 2016 Volkswagen Passat in to Ozzie’s after having a horrible experience with the Coachella Valley Volkswagen dealership!! I purchased my car from this dealership and less than a month of having it in my possession it wouldn’t start. I took it back to the dealership and at first they tried to pass it off as a “faulty battery” even though my car had total power other than the engine not starting. After further engine failure they discovered it was the fuel pump! The dealership tried to quote me $1500 to get it replaced but by that time I didn’t trust them and didn’t want to do anymore business with them! I called up Ozzie’s and spoke with Grant about my situation an was immediately relieved. He was able to cut the cost by $500! I took my car in and it was repaired by the very next day! My car has been running flawlessly. This is now my go-to for all my car needs!!

Excellent service! Smog check done quick! And reasonably priced for a smog check and certificate! You can also get your registration sticker there (bring your form) for a small fee. They save you time and money!

The best diesel shop i have found so far. Unfortunately I had to break down to get there. But they took good care of us and support the military. Definitely would return to them hands down.
