We arrived at the Embassy Suites by Hilton around 7pm on Sunday. No one was in line and the front desk woman couldn't put her cellphone down to check us into the hotel room. Sadly! Not a good way to start our vacation. I was nice to give them a 2 star rating. The hotel decor is very elegant and perfectly designed. The location and hotel outside decor is very classy. Leaving on the last day we were waiting for valet for our vehicle. When it arrived it smelled like someone had smoked drugs in our car and we paid $30.00 for our vehicle to be parked at the Walnut Creek Embassy Suites by Hilton. ππ€ Is this the new norm?????

This hotel was a wonderful find. Located in the heart of Walnut Creek , CA yet enjoyed space, proximity to BART as well as the option to using valet parking. The hotel felt brand new, was meticulously well kept, and offered complimentary quality cooked breakfast with a variety of choices. The quality of the suite was outstanding. Well appointed, meticulously clean and felt like new. All the staff, including the General Manager Wahid Muhammadi were very courteous and eager to serve. The price was excellent. Best value for money. I am extremely pleased with this find.

Lovely hotel, strict check in process that most modern hotels share, lovely suites with multiple rooms multiple flat screens, worthy bathrooms, and some of the best most comfortable (soft, not firm) mattresses and bedding in WC. I've stayed everywhere and this is the most cloudlike. Go to Marriott for a firm and comfortable sleep with less rooms and the possibility of balconies. Nothing beats embassy suites free cooked to order omelettes and pancakes and breakfast buffet. Best in town by a long shot. The pancakes are perfectly golden and soft and the eggs have exactly what you order in them, truly pro kitchen staff.

Rose checked us in and she was personable and provided speedy and great customer service. The suite rooms were clean and spacious along with a vast array of breakfast items our family could enjoy. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool was down for maintenance which is partly why we booked this hotel. It would have been nice to have been told when booking the hotel or checking in that one of the amenities was down. I also wish that they provided regular coffee pods (we only had tea and hot cocoa), extra blankets and pillows in the rooms for the pull out sofa. Otherwise, we will probably be back!

It is VERY close. Just about the only good thing about this place. Walk directly across the street, and then you will walk under the tracks for about 50 yards, then you are at the pay stations and elevators to the train. We used it to go to a Giants game. Was very convenient, but unfortunately this hotel is awful.
There is public parking. Just ask the valet. It's in same parking lot valets use. $9.00 for 24 hours
They had my money back on my card in 2 days love that hotel
In my case was valet parking only, no self parking available, so I never saw the parking structure.
Refer to an extended stay.
If you drive expect 30 minutes to an hour at least. The Bart station is very close to the hotel though.
I could hear some noise from it in our room, but it wasn't bad. Didn't keep me up or anything, and I'm a light sleeper
