I come here 2-3x a week and always get the same thing. Beyond burger combo with patty well done, with no issues. Today I ordered the beyond burger combo with 2 extra large fries for a total of x3 fries. I got my order not even 30 Secons later I realize they only put 2 fries inside, I'm missing 1. I go inside and immediately i'm accused of stealing one of the large fries. "I put it inside." She said. Like what? Accusing me of stealing a $3 fries?? Felt embarrassed and angered. Learn to count or check the cameras and see how many you actually put in the bag before you make accusations. Absolutely pathetic.

Carl's in BB is maybe a 1-1/2 star burger place. Yes I have received my food underdone, but luckily I was eating in and had it redone. Staff stated they were training a new person again. Believe it or not how to cook a hamburger 101..
