All the way from Michigan. Disappointed to find out we had to call for a reservation to visit this location. We've been looking forward to going here for 4 months. Only 1 customer in the store it's a big store. Couldn't get us in for 2 hours, we were right outside the door. Oh well they lost out on probably a $800.00- $1000 sale guess they don't need the sales.
