Manager on 7/24 is a joke, both ordering kiosks are down, refused to let anyone order at register. Instructed to "just use the drive-through" couldn't seem to comprehend the uhaul exceeds height clearance. Also refused to give his name.

If i could give negative stars i would.. walked in with my family was told rudely where to order even though i was paying with cash... then everyone walked out like going on vacation left me snd my family waiting. Till i walked out asking if anyone was working or on vacation walked very slow back and looked upset that i interrupted there vacation on the beach. Once i told them they could go back to vacation cuz we where going somewhere else everyone walked back outside very happy to not have to work... leaven what looked like a cook alone in the back. That whole crew should b fired since they all showed no care in the world to want to work.

Long wait for order (15 mins wait). Too many people at driver thru, one man was prepping and finishing meals by himself for both indoor and drive thru customers. This is unacceptable working conditions. Staff employees are poorly attired and groomed. That place was recently built but the toilet in men's restroom is ancient (was it found from a long abandoned gas station?). Shut that place down. Sheesh.

We went through the drive thru tonight. Couldn't have had poorer service. We ordered a value meal with a drink......no straw, no firk with the salad and no spoon with the frosty. And the worst part when I called to let them know I got well the one guy is new... No apology or kindness whatsoever and then they hung up on me. I will definitely choose someplace else next time.
