Worst taco bell experience I have had to date. Waited for our food for 30 minutes, then had to tell the employee our drink order 4 times before getting the correct drinks. The food was cold when we finally got it and the employees were rude and dismissive.

So I work at the hospital and I have only a 30 minute break and Ibdrive to Taco Bell because I cannot afford to get Doordash or delivery but I'm still a paying customer only to wait for 3 cars in front of me to be told that if I'm not a Doordash that they are not taking regular orders right now so pretty much screw the regular customers right now I will never be returning here on my break ever again. My break is pretty much over and I do not have time to go anywhere else!

Tonight I placed a mobile order. I got a box with 2 burritos and then I got nacho fries and another burrito on the side. Every single item I asked for no sour cream. That’s 4 items that I asked for no sour cream. One would think that you’d see that and realize maybe they don’t want sour cream??? I get home tonight and every single one of my items has sour cream in it but one. Glad I wasted my money and time. Won’t make that mistake again since reading is apparently hard for this Taco Bell.
