I called and asked if I could get a copy of my motorcycle key made. He told me all about the things he can do for me including copy vehicle keys, but said "cannot copy motorcycle keys" but then asked me for all my information. I said "But you just said you couldn't copy motorcycle keys? And then you said you do copy vehicle keys?" "Yes. do you need a copy of your vehicle key, or a motorcycle key?" I hung up, because I do not have patience for someone who doesn't listen or maybe just doesn't understand to the words I am saying. Terrible experience, and it was only a 1 minute phone call.
