A receptionist or vet tech named Anna is THE WORST employee this place can have, when your animal is in distress and you need help, what you look for is empathetic people but this woman was so condescending and rude. Please train her on how to speak to people, all I asked was the next steps on how to help my dog and she gave attitude right away. Didn’t explain anything just rolled her eyes and when I asked to speak to someone else she was refusing because she knew that her co workers are nicer people than she ever will be. That nasty heart of hers will get her no where. On the other hand, Paloma, was so sweet and she explained all my questions! Thank you to her for not having a nasty attitude like Anna.

Wow im shocked !!!!! I had a special test for my dog 2-3 weeks ago. I called to check where I can see the status of the test. The receptionist asked me to call in 3 WEEKS cause no one from the 20 ppl that work there know the answer, then she put me on hold for 15 min, I hung up and called again, she hung up on me 2 times only from seeing my number. 3rd time someone name Sheryl answered, asked me to call tmrw cause they will have someone that can help me, but she “didn't know” who hung up on me and then she put me on hold without telling me as well ! I'm speechless
