Well my trip to the vet this time ended up with having to deal with end of life for my beloved pet. I thank God they were there to assist in the final moments. I know no one really wants to discuss such issues let alone think about them, but they were understanding and did excellent in what was to ease the suffering not only of my pet but myself too. Ty to all at Kern Veterinary. Tho I couldn't speak and say it at the time I am saying it now.

Unfortunately there was a month wait to get an appointment for my dog, which thankfully it was not a super urgent matter and wouldn't affect anything by the wait. I myself am forgetful, and had to call back closer to the date to be reminded the correct day and time. Then again on the day of, called to inform them she would be brought in by my boyfriend instead. He arrived early and they were already aware and seeing her. Always very kind service. Her 2nd appointment I brought her in and last minute while standing in the lobby requested an additional service of microchipping. They gladly performed it, and I first hand experienced how great they were with her. She got lots of Lovings, and treats!! They were even so kind and understanding of her "stalker" tendencies when she tried following the techs around anytime they walked by. She's such a nosey pooch. Thank you Kern Veterinary Hospital!

Great place but always too busy. SUPER tough to get appt for your pet(s).
