I’ve been coming to this salon for years, all the hairstylists are very welcoming and sweet. Laura always makes my hair wishes come true no matter how drastic of a change I am looking for. I really enjoy the time I spend here! I look forward to my appointments with Laura and I always leave her chair loving the results☺️ Definitely recommend this salon!

Nayn did my hair. She did a very great job but it’s definitely overpriced. 350$ for baby lights. 😬. And of course I have some fault since I didn’t ask price and service was done so I paid. But then again she never said anything herself knowing I was a new client. Anyways great service just very over priced.

This review is for the lack of customer service skills from Nayn. I came here for a balayage service and haircut with Nayn. Everything started out well, we were talking great then towards the end she gave me a cut, styled my hair, says she’s done and to come outside to take a picture. We go outside, take an after picture then she proceeds to walk to the register to charge me. Never shows me my hair to ask if I like it nor offers a mirror to show me her work. Once I get home I’m not completely satisfied with my roots so I message Nayn 24 hours later that how much more would she charge to get more highlights on my roots (since I’m not satisfied) or that if she recommend I wait? Well she chooses to ignore me. I follow up 48 hours after that text and she still chose to ignore me. Not sure why but that is so unprofessional on her part. Maybe my 15% tip wasn’t enough for her to keep me as a client. I always tip at least 20% but chose not to with her because of the way she treated me towards the end. I guess this salon gets offended if you don’t like their work from the get. I get it, it’s hair and it can take sessions to get desired look. A simple reply from Nayn telling me that would have suffice but she’s unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of meeting the current owner of Elsewhere Salon yesterday Laura! I would definitely recommend her and her salon. She is so friendly and talkative. I love her open personality. I had her cut and style my hair, and it feels so much better. She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied before you leave her chair. I would definitely recommend her services and company.
