The room was fine. Dealing with issues after has been a nightmare. I have an extremely obvious double charge on my account which I am trying to rectify - everyone time I call the hotel someone is “In training and does not have access” or some other issue. They’ve transferred me to “someone in accounting” countless times who never answers or returns voicemails. this has been over a week. I open cases and then they are closed and a note is placed that “the customer was contacted with resolution” which I was not- so “all they can do” is open another case. This is beyond infuriating. Can someone PLEASE contact me to get this rectified. ???

What a great place to stay! The lovely gentleman who greeted us with a cheerful hello, Moe, was outstanding! He was gracious and kind and always smiling! You are blessed to have a wonderful employee like Moe to start guest visits off so positively!! As a manager I know how difficult it is to find quality employees - Moe is a KEEPER!! Thanks for making our stay great Moe keep smiling- you’re the best!!!!

The rugs and furniture are pretty worn and out dated. House keeping is only by request. The bath towels are very ruff. The staff is polite and responsive. Located in Brooklyn Park which is pretty close to everything.

I was at this location for an event. We were able to check in early and get ready in our room before the event started. The event was a little hard to get to as we needed to walk through a different event. The servers at our event were not consistent with their policies and we were charged for things one time and not others that were not consistent with the information shared with guests prior to the event. Our room itself was nice but fid have some small issues. One of the electrical outlets didn't work causing us to choose between a lamp or an alarm clock. The toilet did not flush completely and left toilet paper. Would need two flushes to clear. The hotel is very nice inside and the decor is appealing, however the outside is a bit stark.
