Very unprofessional. I gave them several chances and it just got worse and worse. They overbook and do rush jobs to keep up with clientele. They care more about "quick" money than the quality of work and creating return customers.

I have been a client for a long time but I have been very disappointed with the work they did, it was not what I asked for and the one who did the work for me was very rude. I do not plan to return, much less spend my time and money with them.

Not going back. Sadly, she takes on too many customers which results in bad service. I made an appointment at 12 today and 1130 a week ago. Both times was a bad experience I don't have time to spend 3.5 hours there sorry. I say..respect your customer appointment times or stop scheduling them.

20 on up very clean place nothing reused tubs are covered in plastic then thrown away
They do not do Ombre nails here. Go to Moon Nails 478-9920 on Mountain View Rd. & Barton Rd in Loma Linda shopping Center. They charge $45 for Ombre nails :)
