Chris, It depends on the buyers situation and each buyers situation is reviewed in our initial buyers consultation. Many things may come into paly. We are able to put together a custom plan that allows the buyer to have a white glove experience. A typical transaction can comfortably be closed from contract execution to closing in 30 days.
Hi Warren, That is a very good question. Here is a bit of information you should find useful. 1st find homes in your community that have sold, are available for sale and were for sale but did not sell. Then compare your homes condition, location, size and features to the comparable homes mentioned above and make honest adjustments as if you were in the buyers seat and that should give you an idea as to what you should list your home for.
Hi Roseli, Multi family homes are my specialty. Truth be told there are few agents in this market who have the skill set to accurately assess an income producing property's net operating income. This knowledge is the difference between making good or bad investment even if it is intended to be an owner occupied property.
