If I could leave less than 1 star, I certainly would. Went in for scrambled eggs with ham, onions and green peppers. What came out was warm wannabe eggs with ice cold raw onions and green peppers thrown on top. A few big chunks of cold spoiled ham. I asked the waitress to bring them back to ask the cook to please cook them. He cooked a few and threw them on top. The center of the eggs still had the raw cold onions/peppers. My hash browns had been reheated and nuked beyond edible. What a waste of my $12.00. At all costs, do not stop to eat here. McDonald’s would be 100% better and that stuff is trash.

So, this IHop would be 5 stars in my book if it weren't for Friday, April 9th 2022 around midnight. My wife and I placed a to go order and when I went to pick it up, I say on the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for my order. When I came in the lady up front saw me and walked back behind the cook line and didn't show up again. After me was two or three groups of people who stood there, waited and weren't seated. It took an extremely rude customer to walk back and grab employees for them to hang me my to go order that had been done for probably 30 minutes, they just didn't want to bring it up.

Here on business, and really enjoyed my breakfast to the point i wanted to tip the cook today. Cori was nothing but professional and attentive. Didnt catch the other waitress name but they were very team oriented. The place seemed spotless and clean.

Place just isn't the quality it was years ago. Food is "ok", not bad but not great either. Price point is pretty expensive. $34 for 2 people for just a small amount of food is over the top. Eggs are small/med-small. Would expect large eggs at least. More plate than meal. Staff has that fake friendly vibe. Made a comment to waitress about the 2x2x2 meal but instead of letting me finish explaining, she shut down, asked if I wanted to speak to a manager then brought me my bill saying "not to rush, but when you're ready to leave here is your bill". Won't be back at this location for sure.
