Sadly prices have gone up due to inflation, but the food is still pretty big portions for the prices, while not lacking in taste. Overall, service is quick, and cashiers kind. Never had a bad experience and I'm sure they'll keep it that way.

My son and me had many enjoyable meals here before the pandemic hit. It was fun to chose which milkshake to order and the staff was always nice and friendly. It was also clean and had a good atmosphere.

This restaurant is DIRTY! No one came out to clean tables. Floors were dirty and wet. The area all around the trash cans, as well as the trash cans, were GROSS!!!! This place needs to be renovated and cleaned. The food was fair. Fries were soggy and burgers small. This was our first and last time here! We will stick with Freddy's.

Horrible experience for the first time ! New workers and they are nasty rude and ignorant I paid extra for cheese they slapped a small scoop in a hotdog container upside down in the bag messed up every single order one order only had two strips and barely any fries (should of been double cheese fries 3piece tenders ) !!! The lady who took the order was rushing and rude extremely rude the lady and male dealing with food had no gloves on very unprofessional and nasty 🤮 4 years ago this place was great amazing quantity great costumer service and always friendly and clean now it’s just run down it was my favorite place but now I’m disgusted by the employees and how they deal with food ! And people! Cookout clean house cause your workers will ruin it for your loyal costumers!! Good day !!!
