IGNORE THE BAD COMMENTS!! Staff here is ALWAYS EXCELLENT! They are FAST, COURTEOUS and EFFICIENT. I am so thankful to have found this UPS store. Today I had a package to drop off and I got there at 6:29PM, just in time… the young man was still super friendly and accommodating. I was the last customer and upon leaving-after they have already closed , there was a lady struggling with a huge box trying to make it inside. Now I thought the young man was going to turn her away as he rightfully could since they had already closed (roughly 6:35pm). INSTEAD he held the door open and provided her service. If this isn’t the definition of above and beyond then I just don’t know what is. Job CONSISTENTLY well done guys! Thanks for all you do!

Stevens deserves a significant shout out for his kindness and dedication towards his customers. He consistently greets all entering this store with an infectious positive energy and an ear to ear smile! He is reassuring and helpful, offering suggestions to answer questions I have for my business. This is one of the many reasons I drive out of my way passing other UPS stores, just to get to this particular location. Grateful when I see he is working when I arrive. He is thorough, friendly and diligent. Thank you UPS for recognizing your Manager, Stevens. You have a unique find in him!

These guys are great, all of them. I don't see why so many complaints. Please read the rules. Unlike FedEx, this is a privately owned business so they will not help you with packages problems other than basic info. Everything will have to be done online. If you don't like it go to Fed Ex and get your stuff stolen from box like my stuff from five different packages. Ever since, I've been using these guys. Remember, major carriers have their hubs in Tennessee so if a snow storm hits up north, say goodbye to promised delivery times as its out of anyone's hands.
