I visited the Doral location. The older male was super rude. The purpose of the visit was to purchase a part for a critical generator that cannot be left down. not only did the website show it was available and in stock, the guy tells me it’s marketing and they do that will all their parts. So I wasted my time going here and walking out with frustration.

We purchased a commercial generator for our home as well as a fuel transfer kit to tap into our diesel tank. Other than short delays most likely related to the pandemic, our experience was Very good. The gen power people were professional and courteous. Felipe ordonez was particularly helpful and really went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed.

Purchased a generator from them for a business and they were supposed to have sent a brand new generator with no issues, instead they send a broken one and now will not answer or return our calls.

Hello, We have received your request for more information from our site and have contacted you via email. Thank you
[1 OF 3] Dear Roger, thank you for contacting us. Selecting a generator set by comparing the net KW/gal yield across two completely different fuel types is both very complex and not recommended as there are two many CAPEX/OPEX factors that GREATLY differ in cost besides the net fuel cost: a. Generator set cost b. Generator set Installation cost c. Fuel system installation cost d. Fuel delivery installation cost e. Fuel storage cost g. Permitting cost h. Operational expenses cost Accurately comparing all these is very complex, but often you will end up with a difference in net cost that may easily exceed US$20,000, usually in the favor of the diesel powered unit. You will find online many useful whitepapers comparing diesel and gas as fuel sources which we welcome you to review, but what most of them lack is an assessment comparing the great disparity in prime-mover selection: the engine.
