We ordered close to $150.00 for an office lunch. Once our food was delivered and pasted out to the employees, I started to mix my Wild Fire Salad. Everything looked good until a moth climbed out of my salad. I called the store to speak with a manager about my complaint. An employee acting as the manager asked me if I was "sure if a moth was in my salad"? Yes, I'm sure! her response was I don't know what I can do for you. "I will have the GM call you in 2hrs, when she returns." OH that's nice after lunch is over. This is wrong on so many different levels. I will never order lunch or eat here again. This is the worst service I have ever had.

Food was good, so was the service. Bob Evans are usually fairly consistent with both of those things and are a safe bet for a decent breakfast with friends or family.

Always have great service here. Great portions. Just sad to see their servers have multiple face piercings and heavy makeup. For a family restaurant and a large elder base- this just doesn't sit well.

Good chain restaurant, don’t expect fancy- just a simple breakfast menu ( smaller in pandemic- use to be much longer) , stuff is nice and friendly. Good for quick meal on the route . They must put more attention to clean their bathroom
