Starting to like the new store. Only complaint I have, the cashier's. They are rude and like to throw your groceries in the bags. Or they bag things like chips and orange juice in the same bag. We don't use the self check because most times we have a full cart. But that doesn't matter. They need better customer service in the checkout lanes.

Walmart sidney ohio is a joke all the update you are doing. And 530pm on 7-13-22 have lines of ppl waiting to get checked out with and with only few registers that work. 🙄

Its Walmart, nothing much to say here other than they are dealing with the same supply issues everyone is facing in post panic pandemic. They seem to be keeping afloat, however there are always empty shelves at staggered intervals on a 24hr. cycle.

For all the people who complain about Walmart, I find they have great prices, and I have had no problems with customer service. I use the grocery pick up every week and rarely have problems or issues with the produce or food substitutions. I am able to review substitutions prior to pick up, and they are usually upgrades for another brand or bigger size for the same or lower cost.

If you down load the Walmart app you can scan you receipt in the savings catcher and it will give the back the difference if it finds a lower price.
The sidney walmart seems to have forgotten about customers. They tend to not want to hear about your experience. I would look into calling the corporate office but you may not get any help, just worth a shot but no guarantee, look for another doctor
Neither have I been checked by a greeter an I use the self check out all the time.
If you saw my second post, you will notice that we were told that they will at some time in the near future not be open 24/7. Don't know what their new hours will be, but i was told this by a CSM. If employees are scheduled according to usual sales, why is there always only 2 lanes open and ALWAYS ling lines. Open more registers and all will ve fine. As far as using the self scanners, if they give me a discount for performing the job of a cashier, i will gladly use them. However, a cashier can ring up a large grocery ordrr a lot faster and more efficiently than a customer whonhas no cashier experience. If I wanted to do a cashiers job, I would get a job as a cashier. Besides, the self scanners will cause employees to lose their jobs if we all act like sheep an scan our own purchases. Don't believe it, just wait and see.
