Staff was great! Especially the gentleman with a bald head and glassed at the front desk. I forgot to get his name. But his customer service was impeccable. When I did have a minor issue that came up it was handled very well.

The stay was pretty nice and peaceful. The only down side is our first room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Thankfully we got the rooms switched and the staff were nice and friendly about it. The breakfast was pretty good too. Well prepared and cleanly.

The hotel wasn't clean. Our room was tidy, but run down and the floor was dirty. The lady at the front desk was really rude to my husband. It was also overpriced!

It's difficult to rave about a HI just off the interstate, but given that, it's pretty good. Clean room, friendly staff, good self-serve breakfast (ok, so the oatmeal was a teeny tiny runny) and the coffee was good. Great for an overnight stop.
