Such a lovely place to hang out or study/work at! The donuts are absolutely to die for, as well as the coffee and other breakfast options. Our favorites so far are the browned butter donut, GOAT sandwich, and peanut butter cup latte! It does get a little busy/loud, so be sure to come at a good time. Outdoor seating is also available and very nice! We've been in SB for less than two weeks and have already been back to Hook & Press three times--that's how good it is!!

We saw this place while walking to Dune coffee, and realized that we had to check it out. So came back the next day and got a couple of donuts and a cup of coffee. Both donuts were very good and the coffee was excellent. We got the Browned Butter Donut, and the P.O.G (passion fruit, orange, guava). Would recommend both - the POG is pretty tart though. Spacious, and clean inside with good design elements. Wasn't too crowded, but most tables were taken (on a Sunday around noon -ish).

These brioche donuts are soft, light and delicious, so many favorites! And the coffee is great, especially the cappuccino, the best I've had! I go to Hook & Press whenever I'm in Santa Barbara.
