Whatever Aline and Hari told that is correct , Foster told Hari also that he would upgrade the car for over charge they made but he didn’t stand on his point , they are not customer friendly they just feel like they pay from their pocket and I would not recommend to rent a car from this location at all. Owner don’t reply your response is not use at all, you care email is also just to keep connected but no use at all, so don’t waste your copy paste on this review

My friend Hari is waiting for help he left a review few weeks back, as owner is also not helping we are leaving one more review just to make sure they take it serious. Don’t copy paste your response to this review and send email id which is of no use just give us direct solution that’s it, branch managers are no use just keep hold for hours.

This location over charged me and trying to find a solution , still no luck, after leaving review here they try to say that call branch manager and branch manager does nothing, and the email they give is nothing for use, I don’t recommend this store to anyone and there wait time are high at this location, @owner even you’re not here to take care

The first car I got was so small it could barely hold me, my daughter and our luggage. The second car was dirty. My daughter’s allergies flared up and we had to make an emergency stop to find a Walgreens to purchase allergy medicine. I received both vehicles with half a tank of gas or less. This is so inconvenient that the cars don’t come with a full tank of gas. I took my SunPass transponder with me and was charged the toll on my SunPass account but Enterprise turned around and automatically charged my credit card for tolls I already paid. When I questioned them on this I was told to contact SunPass. Then SunPass confirmed that this is an Enterprise charge and I would have to contact them. When I reached out AGAIN I was told to provide my SunPass statement and they would issue a refund. I should not have to go through all of this run around. Customer service is poor and I will not rent from Enterprise ever again.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, they are on point when it comes to customer service. They must be super busy. Don't give up on them it's a temporary issue.
