The experience was not pleasant, after almost a year waiting for the shipment which supposedly arrived in two months and the fact is that it came out almost a year, we realize that we lacked things and to top it off we received a box of empty juice, which apparently they took it and left the container inside that disrespectful. For me not reliable. The customer service email never answered it. If not, it is because I went personally twice, I would never have known where the package was going and perhaps it would not have arrived. Very bad work and service !!!!

You must call the agency and they will track the shipment for you
