I honestly don’t do negative reviews, but this is a must, I wish I could give no stars . I ordered a pizza at 9:15pm last night and at 10:30pm I called and automatic system state it was out for delivery, I called 3 more times and same thing. Tried to be connected to the store and phone continued to disconnect, but 11:15pm I drove up to the store. I stood in lobby 10 mins while young man made pizza before assisting me. My pizza was still on warming as the driving was leaving the store again without my pizza. Once I got it home the pizza and garlics bites was cold and horrible. I called back to get hung up on again. I called today and got disconnected. I entered to the store calm explaining my concerns to the manager. Her first response was why you didn’t bring it back last night no apologies nothing, then proceeds to say you didn’t called my phone’s haven’t ring and I didn’t see in computer. I advised I called last night and today, she says well My phone didn’t ring . I responded with phone in hand you sound like you think I’m lying. Please these calls. Her attitude was horrible and when I proceed to get upset with the way she was handling the situation and advise this is not customer service she states we short staffed but we hiring if you think you could do it better. Of course that didn’t sit well with me and I advised her she could come work for me so I could train her on customer service. She said other things ans a lot of mouth. Co- worker told her to step away and she said no, you can go to the back and do something. I just told her stop talking to me and process my refund. She claims she did my refund and can’t print it off because has to go through HR. Sound like pure BS but I allowed her to take me out of character already so I replied thank you and left. I will be reaching out to corporate on Monday, this is not how you handle your customers while training an new employee at that. I had time today and I will be speaking with whomever owns this franchise. I will not spend another Pennie there nor would I refer anyone for employment under that management

Maybe my perception of what extra cheese really is has changed over the years. Or maybe they just don't actually add extra cheese when its ordered while pretending they did. I don't know. Having worked in a pizza place earlier on really spoiled me. I could swear that when I was asked to make extra cheese pizzas, the volume of cheese added made is so that the customer couldn't see the sauce. That seems to have changed, at least recently. Needless to say, I ordered a medium cheese pizza, with extra cheese, and feta on half which came out to be roughly $17. What I got was a regular cheese pizza with a few crumbles of feta on 3 out of 8 slices. I don't have the heart to argue with the kid at the window, whos probably making minimum wage and on the verge of quitting, on what extra cheese should look like. Nor do I feel like arguing with a poor customer service rep that's being told/forced/trained to tell me that "its supposed to look like that". Instead, I'm just not going to bother ordering from Dominos any more. There are plenty of local pizza places, including Riverside($6 for a large) and Little Caesars ($5.50 for a large), which actually put extra cheese on their pies at a fraction of the price. And when I say extra cheese; its noticeably different than their regular cheese pizza.

Pizza is always as ordered and taste great. They are super fast and I love ordering from the app. Honestly have never been a Domino’s fan but there pizza at this location is GREAT!
