Positive: The front desk person helped me get a first floor room when he saw my handicap and the difficulty I had trying to go up the stairs. Negative: I would have like more concession options. An elevator would have made a second floor room possible for me.

I feel my money was stolen. Several transactions were made throughout my three day stay at this hotel. I was told $157 was suppose to be a hold and the money was suppose to return to my account 7 days later my money has not been refunded. Not to mention the beds are very uncomfortable.

After traveling to a wedding and getting to hotel exhausted 9:30 pm they gave us a queen room after we reserved a King! The room did not smell fresh at all. I told them I paid for a king room and they did not hold me a king room and would not credit any discount and it was their error! I will not stay at ANY Quality Inn. They are out for number one

Positive: Location for our traveling purpose. Negative: There were loud car noises all night outside our Window. After 07:00 PM we could smell pot smoke in the building. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The breakfast area was four small tables with two chairs apiece for a total of 8 sitting area.
