Having a difficult time getting a marriage visa for Colombia. Was told system was down. It's been 3 days already .

They made a mistake and didn't want to admit it, they said I sent a non-valid document for an apostille, and they accepted the document and then said I was wrong. incompetence Ask them more than once if everything is correct and record a video of them saying that... because they don't admit their mistakes. And they don't like to hear complaints.

After reading your long response its necessary to respond. 👇 1. My review was about the fact your staff very obviously didn't care for an American. Your over all energy is unwelcoming. 2. As far as offering to pay for service you are not a government office for God's sake. Youre a privately owned business so what in the Hell would "ethics" have to do with accepting payment to make me a priority and not ignore me??!! So do not put a different spin on this !!! 3. As far as your "dedication to your Cuban clients" that was also clear Cubans are on your list of "unliked" customers. 4. So the proper response shoukd be. "We are sorry." Not 20 excuses for your disrespectful behavior that day. 5. Do better. I couldn't have been more disgusted today by the way I was treated here. I spent 3 hours here waiting patiently I didn't have an appointment so I waited for everyone to clear. They tried to shuffle me out I was asking for help with a Cuban visa which they do not do. I understood I only needed a bit of guidance. I offered to pay for the time. A young girl and older woman were abundantly phony and annoyed by even speaking with me. I am American I was the only one I ever seen all day come in. It became very clear they are not a fan of gringas and more so at the mention of a Cuban . I want to remind your company that discrimination runs both directions in this country. The lack of effort or respect I seen today solely for being American today was gross. I come to the area alot I will never drive by and not lose my appetite. If any of you ever come into my business I assure you we do not see color or country of origin. Come and let me show you how to treat others that don't normally come to patronize you.
