It’s been many years since I first visited a Melting Pot… The establishment was very clean, cozy and our server Logan was awesome. The food was very good and tasted amazing. An overall great experience and recommended.

Ate there a few weeks ago, service is always good but this time we had Chase as out waiter, service was exceptional. He went beyond just making sure our table was attended to and made it a super enjoyable and funny experience. Was able to make great small talk. Told him I'd give him an extra 5% on the tip if he could answer a riddle correctly and he nailed it with no hesitation. Ended up tipping him almost 40% and it was well deserved. Will definitely be asking for him every time I return. Chase.....you're the bomb 💣

Where do I begin....From the moment we walked through the door the manager was very nice and attentive. Now let's fast forward to our waiter. I wish I could remember his name because he was an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable about everything I asked. He also made us feel at home with how personable he was. I won't specify dollar amounts, however we left him the biggest tip he probably seen that evening. Great job Kennesaw location!

This was by far the best dining experience we have ever had. Our waitress, Lexi, was an absolute joy! She was hilarious and involved in our table, she showed us her chocolate art she did for another table and then did one for us at the end. This was our first experience here and we will be back time and time again for Lexi!So glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience with Lexi! It does take awhile to eat. It also is Rich so can see someone getting sick. It is still a good place to eat.
