5 star one reason! Michaela was amazing had it not been for her I would’ve walked out. The owner was not too welcoming… to me at least. And the rules are ridiculous, how can you look at a dress without touching it! Michaela is very professional not pushy and understands what you want and are looking for. I would come back and recommend Friends and family only because of her as long as she is there I would come back. Now that’s just my honest opinion. Owner needs to be humble and appreciate every customer that walks in the door. After all without us there would be no store.

I seriously can not that LLB for the amazing experience I had when I went to find my dress! I was super nervous (as I’m sure most people are), but Gia was so sweet and really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect! I even went back 3 weeks after I said yes to my dress to get my bridal party fitted & once again, we had Gia and had an amazing time! She made both experiences fun and painless! 10/10 recommend this place if you are looking for your wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses! You will NOT be disappointed! Laura & Leigh is a wonderful, intimate bridal shop with a large and varied selection of dresses. When you walk in, you immediately feel like you are with family. I was helped by Michela, who listened to my vision for my dress and helped me pick a few dresses in that style to try on. But with her experience and eye for what works well, she suggested a dress type I never would have thought to try on. I was so shocked that I loved it so much, and Michela was so supportive when I was confused about my vision changing. She topped it off with the perfect veil and I was so in love, I purchased that dream dress and veil the same day! Michela has also been incredible about communication, and always circles back on emails I might neglect to respond to. Everything at Laura & Leigh has been easy, stress-free, and fun, and I cannot wait to show off my dress on the big day.

When I went to go pick up my dress, I had consultant, Desiree help me. She helped me feel super confidence and calm my nerves when I tried my dress on in the store. She was AMAZING, super friendly, and extremely helpful with every step. I could not recommend going to her more!! You can tell that she really cares about each bride that walks in there. Overall, my experience at Laura and Leigh Bridal shop has been nothing short of a wonderful experience!
