This place is NEVER together! Everytime I come here I try to call ahead to order my food (because it always takes 45 minutes) and no one answers. Why? Because they turn the ringer off. Today I come, the drink machine isn't working and they are out of sweet tea so the only drink you can get as your drink with your combo is bottled root beer/cream soda which I don't drink either. So I opt out of the combo(which I should be compensated accordingly since it's their fault their drink machine isn't working) and just order my wings and fries separately. Apparently by doing it this way I have to pay $1.39 extra for ranch dip. Why? Why am I being charged for ranch dip to go with wings that I purchased from your restaurant??? At least 1 ranch should be complimentary. This is definitely my last time coming.

I was told me food would be ready in 20 minutes. No problem. I came back 20 minutes later to pick up my food, and I think it's not ready. Another almost 10 minutes goes by, and I find out my food has just been sitting there while the cashier takes other orders. Also, I paid extra for all drums. Found a bunch of flats at the bottom of my chicken basket. The cashier didn't even apologize for her poor service. This is absolutely my first and last time ever going to this franchise. Horrible service, and mediocre food

no cap im on break right now tryna enjoy this food but it ain’t good.fr. i wanted sum wings today and i get these dry things. i’m 17 years old and this food got me actin up on yelp. wings stop ceo if u read this check yo people @ 1680 East-West Connector Unit 108 Austell, GA 30106 United States and they gave me expired blue cheese bru if wing stop CEO see this. can i get my 10 dollars back fr. i coulda just bought two mcchickens and coulda rolled up a gram blunt no cap.

So disappointed. I ordered online to skip the wait.. waited 10 mins before the cashier realized me food was ready. Get home.. my fries are cold and my ranch is spilled all in he bag. Like wow!
