Ordered online at 7:59, and it said my order would be ready at 8;18 minutes, when I got there at 8:19 they said there was a wait on the chicken of 15 minutes. Why do you take the order in advance then wait until I show up to start cooking the chicken? I received my order at 8:46, 47 minutes after I ordered it. When I got home, I realized they had given KFC sauce for my tenders when I specified BBQ and honey mustard, and they also didn't give me my 1/2 gallon of lemonade I ordered. Overall terrible experience, I expected more after spending over $50 on a single order. Do better

Used to be a regular customer, they started getting more and more employees who speak very little english and it is causing constant order mistakes. today my mom tried ordering and the guy at the drive thru could barely understand her and was in a bad temper from the get go. when they were giving us our order she mentioned she ordered a rootbeer float and the drive thru worker got very angry and refused to give her what she actually ordered. I applauded people who are trying to learn english and work here...but if you can't get the orders correct and then also get angry at the customers who just want what they ordered you are going to be doomed as a business

Has a receipt fiasco while on a business trip. Erica (manager) sorted it out very professionally. Expect to spend $10-20 per person, if you haven’t tried the Nashville Hot Tenders, you’re missing out.
