July 23 2023 our family paid for a repass for a 10 yr little girl at this facility and "Nancy" the woman working here started by taking over our decorations and setting up our food and actually was serving..after I complained abt her attitude towards the support we sent to do a job ..Nancy cut the air and lights off...The mother of the child also had to ask her to respect our paid wishes..Nancy also concealed our items in the kitchen a video was to be played it was not.. Overall I our family was not pleased on services rendered..
