Incompetent sales staff! Over the last week I talked to salesman Lucas four times about a certain BMW R 1250 GS that they had for sale. The most recent time was yesterday when I advised Lucas that I would travel today, Friday, from north of Tampa to their location at Pompano Beach (a 250 mile trip) to test-ride the bike and likely buy it. When I arrived at the dealership today at noon the bike was ready for me in the showroom. Except, the battery was dead and needed replacement. I asked if they could put another battery into the bike but Lucas explained that the BMW bike had a "special" battery and that the dealership would have to order it from BMW. His suggestion was that I should come back on Tuesday if I wanted to test-ride the bike. Of course that wasn't feasible for me and I returned home today. In total, I had driven 500 miles and spent more than 10 hours of driving only to return home without test-ride and certainly without buying the bike. I am so disappointed in the lack of preparation on the part of the dealership.

What a great experience! This dealer is packed with inventory of great motorcycles and accessories. I felt very comfortable with the sales staff and everyone at the shop. I was taken care of by Ian who was extreamly knowledgeable with the motorcycles and the accessories. The transaction was very smooth and easy. They even delivered the new Ducati to my Miami Beach home the next day. I highly recommend this place.
