Yasmine made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in . She was very helpful and compassionate when I was feeling overwhelmed by the process and having all paperwork complete . As of Friday, April 19th, the elevator has been repaired. We are now at the mercy of the elevator company and the City Inspectors. Once tested & inspected by them, the elevator will be placed back in service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is unfortunate that your mother chose to use the stairs on her own. However, the board president and the management company have visited her on numerous occasions to assist her in any way possible, even giving her the president's personal phone number to contact for assistance. As soon as the elevator is safe for the residents to use she will be the first to know. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Please have her call the office tomorrow morning and we can arrange for someone to assist her down the stairs. 954-581-8686
