I been using Shoe Doctor for over 6 years. They always did wonderful job in all of my designer shoes I brought to them, and I will continue using their services, even thou I relocated to Tampa but when I have to fix my shoes I rather bring to them when visiting Fort Lauderdale because I trust their services 100% Just as an example of their services: I went there last month to attend to a party and the Louboutin’s I brought the back strap broke.. I went to Shoe Doctor and explained I needed those heels to attend to a party and was the only heels I brought for the trip, if would be possible to fix it for the next day to be able to attend to the party, he said yes and also offered if I wanted it upgraded with new red rubber bottoms, I said of course and happy he could do it all for the next day. Next day I went to pick up my heels and all I have to say: It looked amazing, like new! I highly recommend this place!

Wish I could give you guys zero stars. You guys did a terrible job on a pair of sandals I left for you to clean. I was also told I needed new pair of soles which I agree to have them replaced. I was going to an event so I decided to wear the sandals, when I took them off there were black stuff on my feet and the soles started to peel off. They charge a lot for such bad job. Tried calling but when I finally got through to someone, the woman told me to call back in 10 minutes, when I called back I’m not not getting through. Very bad customer service and terrible shoe repair business. I can’t believe people are so dishonest.

What an amazing shop! The art of leather and shoe repair is a lost art but is still alive and well here. They are able to transform worn items back to their glory! Their customer service is unparalleled. From handbags to shoes they can repair anything. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and the staff is amazing!
