After waiting an hour and a half for a 3 piece chicken finger plate and seeing everyone else around me receive and finish their meal, I decided to walk out. There’s a reason why the parking lot at Southern Hops is consistently full and why the parking lot at BWW is consistently empty. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, don’t even read the copy and pasted “we’re sorry” reply that they’ll post below this review. Just go somewhere else and avoid all the frustration. The picture below is what I received at Southern Hops after 20 minutes… oh, and the bar was slap full

Service from the kitchen was terrible. There were 4 of us there in a Friday night . We arrived around 8:45. We all 4 ordered something different plus a hatch queso and chips appetizer. One of our party never received her food nor did we get the appetizer. We inquired about the missing food and was told the kitchen was busy and he was surprised everyone else had already gotten their food. The missing items hadn't even been started yet. That person's food and our appetizer was canceled. Absolutely horrible experience all the way round.

Went there for dinner, ordered two meals and two desserts. After waiting 45 minutes I received a totally different order and then had to wait another 20 minutes for the 'correct' order only to get home and find out multiple things was missing and wings and fries were cold, no silverware or napkins to eat the dessert with either. Also the cashier was rude and acted like getting the correct order was a hassle. Anyone passing through the city wanting a good place to eat would be better off going to Outback or Chili's. Every single time I come here they forget something or just don't care enough to do an order correctly. Do not come here.
