Nobody answered the phone. If you work they close at 5. And don't open until 11. So if you work good luck making it in. And not open Sunday or Monday. So if you have a busy Saturday because you work You're never going to make it in . And their selection of Parts is minimal.

I mean sand is hard on anything and at the beach there's saltwater so you gotta be careful just be prepared to clean it and depending on how hard you run it possibly gears and the motor since sand is so fine.
They have limited availability of Red Cat parts. I've found that Red Cat's web site has great prices and fast shipping. With that said, the folks at Hooked are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't know if they actually do that but i know when I took my kids in yesterday they looked at it and told me what needed fixed and ended up fixing it as it was something really easy. They are open today for thw holiday but usually closed on Sunday I would just bring it in and see what they say. They were super nice
