Dave at Contract Appliances delivered USED appliances to us when we had purchased new appliances. The GE Café Refrigerator had been in use 195 days, not just plugged in but used. GE Repair man came and discovered the fraud that they had tried to pull off on us. Dave was contacted multiple times, Certified Letter sent to him and no response. He and his team are not honest and DO NOT take care of their customers. Eddie the salesman was part of the deceit and finally after months of contacting GE Headquarters, they replaced our appliances for new GE Café Appliances that we had originally paid for. WE have all the documentation from GE Headquarters when our new appliances were delivered to Contract Appliances. They then turned around and sold them to someone else and tried to pass off used, broken appliances to us. DO NOT use Contract Appliances. We have since heard from several other buyers that they had the same experience with this company. Why GE continues to allow them to sell their products is beyond me. We would never buy another GE Appliance from any company. Be ware of Contract Appliance Sales!! Dave, the owner is not an honorable individual. I don't even give them 1 Star but had to so I could post.

Brayden came today to install my dishwasher. He communicated clearly before coming, was right on time, and was incredibly friendly and thorough. He politely asked before doing anything with my existing connections or using my counter space. They provided new connections to ensure against leaks, and he was very detail-oriented, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. He was very clean and took care to make sure my floors and countertops didn't get damaged. Excellent customer service!
