I received a very welcoming greeting as i entered the store. I was asked what i wss looking for and then shown where to look and was told someone will be right over to help me. Within minutes MaryAnn came right over and confirmed what I was looking for. She immediately started pulling dresses for me to try. She assisted me in trying each one. She even helped me pick out the perfect shoes to match the dress. It has been a long time since I received customer service like that. I will definitely be back.

Each establishment has their own policies of how many people are allowed in your group. IE: The one near Philly only allows 2 addl besides the appt holder at all times, the one in WB allows up to 4 addl., but they schedule appts to limit # of people in the entire store. Appointments are required for entry (no walk-ins) and masks are required at all David's Bridal establishments.
No i just walk in and came out with a dress for my court wedding..easy
It depends on what you want to do. If yiu want a piece taken from the dress or just looking for the same fabric. Either way, the staff will walk you through the process
