I'm only giving 5 stars to the front desk staff, we were greeted upon on our arrival with the utmost professionalism and warm welcomes. When we got to our room we realized that the toilet seat was very loose and the shower functions did not work. When we called the front desk the gentleman Joe, was very apologetic and did everything he could to make things right even checking our new room to make sure our new room had a functioning bathroom. When we got to our new room we found leftover food in the freezer not the front desk fault but the house cleanings fault. When we checked out the front desk was still very apologetic with our experience here. We will stay here again only due to the very professional front desk staff.

Service from front desk was excellent, but the rooms were beyond filthy and I was not comfortable sleeping in such a deplorable place. Yes, from first glance it looks nice. But oh how can looks be deceiving. We had to give all the towels back because they had VERY noticeable stains on them, the shower wasn't cleaned, with stray hairs all over the floor, the fridge wasn't cleaned neither the dishes. We ended up sleeping in our clothes.. When you're taking a trip across country and have been behind the wheel over 12 hours, you don't have a choice but to take the one room available. I got the heck out of here, the moment daylight break! I wrote the general manager over the weekend and he didn't even cared enough to message you back. That tells you a lot.

We really enjoyed our three night stay here while visiting Salt Lake City. The hotel includes free breakfast for all stays, and it is quite good. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great place to relax. The parking lot was well lit and felt secure. The hotel laundromat is a bargain at only 50 cents to wash and 50 cents to dry. Kitchenette has full sized refrigerator and dishwasher, but no stove top. The Kitchenette is stocked with dishes, Silverware and glasses as well as dishwasher soap. I would like to acknowledge Daniella, from the breakfast buffet for excellent customer service.

Positive: I was very impressed with everything at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable too. The hotel staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating! I appreciated the extra touches such as fresh apples and oranges.
