Short walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. The location is great! The house was bigger than it looked from the outside. Very clean when we got there and I am very picky about that. The pool is small but never was an issue for my husband and I and our 3 adult children who each brought friends. So even when 8 of us were in it we still had plenty of space to get cooled off and goof around. They have their own beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach buggy etc that we used every day. Huge plus for us. We also rented an umbrella and 2 chairs from a company that is right on the beach so that we would have shade. We would definitely rent this property again. Our favorite restaurant is Blue Moon Co. Very pricey but well worth it. We also love Coconuts, Pizza on the Beach, TacoCraft and Billy Jack Shacks. Aruba Beach Cafe was recommended by a lot of people but was our least favorite. If you’re looking for somewhere fun and non seafood, BRGE Stop has delicious burgers and shakes! Our favorite adventure was heading to Delray and spending 2 hours at Silverball Retro Arcade where we played endless pinball, ski ball, arcade games etc and then we had City Osyter & Sushi Bar for dinner after! City Osyter ranks high next to Blue Moon Co. I added some recommendations of restaurants etc because we are always looking for the same when we go on vacation.

We just had a wonderful family vacation in Lauderdale by Sea. The home Casa Rio was absolutely perfect! Very clean and updated throughout. The pool and backyard was an absolute oasis. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the beach cart and chairs were available for us to use. We would definitely go back again.

Some villas welcome pets and some villas don't, the vacation villas are located in many different places some on the beach and some on the canals.
I can't answer about the pricing, but the unit we stayed in had toiletries, towels, washer, dryer, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, microwave, folding chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and bicycles.
