If I could give this store zero stars I would. Went to use my app and again for three months their internet is down and can’t honor anything. I asked if they would do the BOGO offer and told no not their issue try a different BK I am shocked it’s still open.

They forgot to give us like 3 things we ordered. Did not put any of the extras we added and paid for on the burgers.... and when we ordered and paid for 3 CHEESEburgers they did not pit any cheese on them. And we tried to call to.complaim and they would not answer the phone.

This location has been pretty decent the last few times I've gone. Update: went back and the service was excellent. I got the chicken sandwich. Although the flavor was good, they use that cheap rubbery chicken. So, I wouldn’t recommend it.

First my whopper Jrs were cold then the general manager lied about having high chairs when I found them in the play area. I asked if she can get me one and she said no because no one is allowed back there. Ok I get the whole covid-19 protocol but the high chairs can be sanitized like Wendy's and others do unless this burger king is too lazy then it makes me wonder if there even cleaning the tables and dining area
