Very long waiting times at the pharmacy. Need to hire more people. One person can’t handle the drive up and the instore pharmacy both.

It's not the fault of the pharmacy technicians, but this pharmacy is out of stock on basic items like insulin needles, you can't get a person on the phone, orders are held up for long periods of time. I understand that this is the world we live in now, but upper management needs to fix this. This is unacceptable. Especially, since many of our elderly don't have resources to go to the drug store and it puts extra pressure on caregivers like me who have to drive 45 minutes to get medications to my elderly parent. I feel like we live in a third world country. The technicians have been nothing but helpful and friendly and I feel for them for being put in this position.

I can’t access my vaccine card online because apparently they didn’t register me correctly. At least I have the physical one! They never pick up the phone. Seems like I have to make an extra trip to deal with it...
