If your in need of any refrigeration help look no further. This company came to my rescue twice. I own a carvel ice cream shoppe and my scooped ice cream freezer was broken for weeks. I had multiple companies come out and work on it. The company before rapid wanted to charge me $2100 to redo everything that was already done by the other companies. I called rapid and they came out the same day and got the unit running on the first trip. I had to call them again, came out same day and they got the unit temporarily running till the part could come in so I wouldn’t lose money over the weekend. Top notch company and techs actually know there business!
