I don’t have enough words to describe my disappointment with this Wendy’s. First off they ALWAYS mess up my order. They constantly stop taking orders early. I could understand 5 mins before closing to stop taking orders but 20-30 mins early??? That’s just bad business. I’ll drive to a different Wendy’s from now on.

One of the only Wendy’s that actually gets our order right! Generally pretty quick in the drive through. Make sure to double check your kids meal substitutes are made. Like apples instead of fries.

Google should offer the option of 0 stars. The entire community jokes about how bad the service is and either the grill or the card machine is down at least 30% of the time. If you mobile order, they refuse to refund you if they can’t make the food, and force you to go to corporate, which is a slow process.

This location has declined quickly just over the last few months. Tried going last month and their card machine was down. Tried going 2 weeks ago and their card machine was down AGAIN. Tried going 2 days ago and they had taken their last order at 9:20pm due to staffing issues. Then Tried going tonight tonight and their frosty machine was down. We have decided to just drive the 10 minutes to the location in Jordan Landing since the service is better and they always seem to be up and running. Don't waste your time going here.

Completely agree. Fast food? What a joke. And the orders are almost never right.
It's best to avoid it unless you're not doing anything the rest of the day and you're lonely.

I moved to Herriman last August. This Wendy's is the worst that i've ever been to! Drive thru is a waste of gas. Walk in is a fight club behind the counter between the manager, cooks and servers. I go to all the other burger joints except Wendy's. I strongly recommend avoiding this Wendy's.
Most kitchens like that have no problem hiring 16 year Olds, if you plan on working registers or kitchen you should prep some either references for registers or food handlers permit for kitchen. Shoot your shot though wont ever get anything if you don't ask.
